Student Apartment Renovation
For many juniors and seniors, the Student Apartments are where “real life” starts to take shape — learning independence and building habits while staying closely connected to campus. Renovating these apartments will create a healthier home base that supports students’ daily rhythms and strengthens the UDallas experience.
This initiative will:

Support independence with stability, giving upperclassmen a space that helps them build strong routines and responsibility.

Keep students close to campus life, where friendship, community, resources and formation are part of everyday living.

Give parents added peace of mind, knowing their student can remain on campus in a supportive environment as they grow into adult life.
